At Desert Caddie, we take pride in offering only the finest golf equipment, apparel, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—with a few important guidelines.

Returns & Store Credit

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Unused and in original condition. Clubs cannot be hit or re-gripped.
• In original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
• Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. No exceptions.

Please Note:

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Custom or personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

We are open Monday-Saturday from 9am-7pm. Final fitting appointments are at 5:30pm everyday. We are closed on New Years Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
